Chen Min said that this year, there is a great demand for investment in water conservancy construction. The Ministry of Water Resources adheres to the "dual efforts" of the government and the market, actively expands the scale of water conservancy investment, pays close attention to the implementation of financial funds and local government special bonds, strives for more financial support, attracts social capital to participate in water conservancy construction and operation, and promotes the pilot project of Water Conservancy Infrastructure Investment Trust Fund (REITs). To build a diversified, multi-level and multi-channel water conservancy investment and financing system. The Ministry of Water Resources will also further promote the reform of water conservancy investment and financing, coordinate the reform of water prices, market-oriented trading of water rights, and the management system of water conservancy projects, broaden the channels of long-term financing for water conservancy construction, and ensure the demand for funds for large-scale water conservancy construction.
